J Paul Getto (former Swivel Hips(you should remember their killing EP Headlines)) made guest mix for one Australian podcast series. And from first to last second it's going with great french house/70s funky beats.
J Paul Getto about it: " In 2009, Tony Saputo was one of the masterminds behind the duo Swivel Hips and as remixers Lost Daze. The first two EPs, 'Headlines' and 'Shorties' are pure gold and featured huge tracks like 'Cheaters', 'Party Time' and 'Casual Encounters'. It's no surprise that Tony got major support from the likes of many big players in the electronic music scene (Armand Van Helden, MSTRKRFT, Treasure Fingers, The Phantom's Revenge, Starsmith, Cassian, Louis La Roche, Antoine Clamaran, David Vendetta).
Meanwhile, on the west coast, his good friend and ex-Dazed Recordings labelmate, Maurice Tamraz was producing two amazingly funky/disco house EPs, 'The One Dollar Bin' and 'The Two Dollar Bin'. Since July 2010, they have decided to join forces. With the help of Armand Van Helden's manager Neil Petricone, ' J Paul Getto' is here to elevate Disco and Funky House to a whole new level in 2011! They just finished two brand new tracks with worldwide touring dj Felix Da Housecat and at least a dozen brand new tracks have been planned for release before this winter is over!"
